The EASVO Young Network met on Jun 13th to discuss challenges around veterinary medicine rules for livestock in sanctuaries; Italy and Norway offered possible solutions. The EP research service summarised the status in the different countries HERE. The TRACES reform was reviewed, with members supporting FVE in analysing EU Parliament amendments. Concerns over violence against public vets were raised again, with members sharing national safety protocols and VetJoy Team Coaching Voucher options.
The Members were invited to join and contribute to the EASVO General Assembly presentation on animal transport and TRACES on June 27th. The next meeting will be held on July 7, 2025.
