On 12 November, the FVE Board and Mark McCarthy, EASVO President and alongside fellow Section Presidents convened at the offices of the Danish Veterinary Association (DVA) for a productive day of collaboration and strategic planning.

Key agenda items included preparations for the upcoming FVE and Sections’ General Assemblies in late November, advancing the 2026-2030 strategy, and discussing ongoing dossiers. They also approved the Terms of Reference for the renewal of the Statutory Body Working Group, with a call for nominations to follow shortly.

In addition to the formal meeting, a special session with the DVA provided a unique opportunity to exchange ideas, share concerns, and explore ways to strengthen mutual support for the veterinary profession moving forward.

The FVE Board and EASVO extends heartfelt thanks to the Danish Veterinary Association for their warm hospitality and commitment to fostering collaboration within the veterinary community.
