EASVO welcomes the release of the Notice on the Implementation of Regulation (EU) 2017/625 of the European Parliament and of the Council (Official Controls Regulation) by the Commission in the Offical Journal.
In order to ensure that the food and feed law, regulations on animal health and welfare, plant health and plant protection products, and various acts are applied correctly, the Notice is meant to help national authorities implement Regulation (EU) 2017/625 on official controls and other official activities.
