During the FVE General Assembly in Bratislava 2019, EASVO called on the FVE to continue to engage with the European Commission and the new European Parliament on the welfare of animals during transport and the effective enforcement of Council Regulation (EC) 1/2005.
FVE emphasizes the urgent need to implement and respect agreed laws for the welfare of animals during transport. Especially in the summer, hot weather can have a serious impact on the welfare of animals on transport. Read the press release transport.
