Today, on 30th April 2022, EASVO is joining FVE, WVA and our global veterinary colleagues in celebrating World Veterinary Day. Over the last few years we have experienced and responded to immense challenges, the ongoing challenges of food safety and security, protecting animal health and welfare and, true to our “One Health” principles, responding to Covid-19 and, most recently, the crisis in Ukraine and, as a profession, we have risen to those challenges.
This doesn’t come without cost so this is a good opportunity to reflect on the resilience we show as a profession and also what we gain from being part of our “Veterinary Family”.
So with a huge thanks from EASVO to all our valued colleagues in, and working with, the profession, here is a message from the WVA
